Insurance and Cost

Insurance Plans:

I will soon be accepting Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO. Please check back on my page for updates.

If you are in-network, I will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. If you are out of network, please talk with me about submitting out-of-network claims, and I can provide you with a superbill you can submit yourself. While I can verify benefits, it is not a guarantee that my results will be a complete or accurate representation of your plan’s benefits.

Before we begin, please contact your insurance company directly by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. You are responsible for any out-of-pocket fees associated with our appointments.

Out of Pocket:

My current rates are $180 for the 50-minute initial intake assessment, and $165 for ongoing 50-minute psychotherapy sessions. If those fees prevent you from working with me, I am open to discussing a sliding scale rate. I am also part of Open Path Collective, the link is located in my resources page.

Please note, I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots.
